Northern Forged 1-Year Limited Warranty

1. Warranty Coverage
Northern Forged (“we”, “us”, “our”) warrants to the original purchaser that the forged wheel(s) (the “Product”) will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase. The warranty covers:

  • structural failure of the wheel such as cracking, breakage, buckling of the of the aluminum under normal use
  • finish defects such as peeling, bubbling or corrosion of the applied finish (including but not limited to powder coat, paint, clear coat, polishing) under normal use.

2. What We Will Do
If the Product fails to conform to this warranty during the coverage period, we will, at our sole option, either:
(a) work to find nearest repair shop to repair the Product. We will refund you the cost of th repair with video and picture of receipt 
(b) replace the Product with an equivalent new Product; or
(c) refund the purchase price paid for the Product if repair isn't possible (less shipping/handling).
Our decision will be final.

3. Warranty Conditions & Claim Procedure
To make a warranty claim, the customer must:

  • notify us in writing (email or phone) within thirty (30) days of discovering the defect, providing a description of the defect, proof of purchase and date of purchase;
  • allow inspection by us
    This warranty applies only if the Product has been used under normal road conditions, installed and maintained in accordance with our instructions and all applicable vehicle manufacturer and wheel-manufacturer guidelines.

4. Exclusions — What This Warranty Does Not Cover
This warranty does not cover damage or defects caused by or resulting from:

  • accident, collision, misuse, abuse, neglect, vandalism or theft;
  • improper installation or maintenance, including failure to follow vehicle manufacturer or wheel installation instructions;
  • modification, alteration or repair by anyone other than us or our authorized representative;
  • use of the Product other than for standard road driving (for example, racing, track use, off-road, drift or stunt use) unless otherwise agreed in writing;
  • normal wear and tear (such as surface scratches, tire-rub marks, scuffs, cosmetic damage not affecting structural integrity) including in and around lug bolt. lug nut installation spots;
  • damage caused by chemicals, road salt, road gravel, abrasive cleaning, road-hazard impact where the wheel impacts a pothole, curb or other object;
  • finishes that have been altered, refinished, recoated or re-polished by anyone other than us;
  • other parts not manufactured by us (such as tire, valve, lug bolts/nuts, hub centric rings) or damage due to their failure or misuse.

5. Limitations of Liability
This warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty provided by us. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

  • all other warranties, express or implied (including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose) are excluded;
  • our total liability under this warranty shall not exceed the purchase price of the Product;
  • we shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages (such as loss of use, downtime, vehicle damage, installation or removal costs, towing, etc.).
    Some jurisdictions do not allow exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages or disclaimers of implied warranties; in such cases, the foregoing limitations may not apply.

6. Transferability
This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is NOT transferable to any subsequent owner unless expressly approved by us in writing.

7. Governing Law
This warranty shall be construed under and governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this warranty will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario, Canada.

8. Consumer Rights
This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights which vary from province to province, state to state or country to country.

Effective Date & Application
This Limited Warranty applies to any Northern Forged wheel purchased from us or any authorized dealer. Warranty is in effect from order is made. Please keep original receipt to validate the purchase date.
