Refunds

Due to the nature of the products, they are all custom made and are final sale. However, if you find that the product does not match the order which you have made, you have 30 days to request a refund and exchange. Shipping the product back will be handled by buyer and reimbursed by Northern Forged.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and never mounted to vehicle or a tire, with inspection stickers and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Cancellation/Change Orders

 
In the unfortunate event that you change your mind after a purchase, you are able to cancel your order with a 10% processing fee. Payment will be sent back within 2 to 5 business days. Cancellation MUST be made within 24 hours as we will start production shortly after payment is made and cancellation will not be possible.

Change orders can be done within 24 hours pending we did not start production, and they will be charged accordingly to the product itself. For example, small change in offset, colour will not impact price and a new receipt will be sent. However, addition of bead knurling or change in size will charged as per our website. Change orders are not guaranteed.
